Katie Holmes has left CAA and signed to ICM Partners for representation, where she's to be looked after by Adam Schweitzer in the New York office, joining a roster including Christoph Waltz, America Ferrera and Lily Rabe.
Holmes continues to be managed by John Carrabino.
